Endowed Chairs
We extend our sincere gratitude to the members of our orchestra family who have so generously supported our work through the endowment of orchestra chairs.
The David Badertscher Conductor’s Chair in Honor of Maestro David Wroe
The New Jersey Festival Orchestra (NJFO) proudly announces the establishment of The David Badertscher Conductor’s Chair in Honor of Maestro David Wroe, made possible through the extraordinary generosity of longtime supporter and Board member David Badertscher.

The Endowed Chair Program plays a vital role in sustaining the artistic excellence of the New Jersey Festival Orchestra by supporting the recruitment and retention of exceptional musicians. Through this program, individuals and families are invited to establish a named chair that reflects their philanthropic priorities, honors a loved one, or celebrates a lasting legacy. These endowed chairs strengthen NJFO’s artistic and institutional foundation, ensuring continued growth, excellence, and long-term financial sustainability.
